Staff is available to research and <br />answer questions prior to the public heading. <br />Recesses: <br />A. Orange County Zoning Ordinance Test Amendments <br />1. Pierce Morin, agent for Biltmors Homes LLC requests a test amendment 0 Article 9 <br />SIGNS of the Zoning Claimants <br />• Adds subparagraph 1. in the unregulated signs portion of the entrance (Section 9.6) <br />• Would allow a 16 square foot maximum sign to be installed on the same lot as a <br />builder s model home. (Current maximum is 4 square feet.) <br />• Proposal would add a provision requiring a minimum of 12 square feat of landscaping <br />including flowers or bushes surrounding the sign. <br />• The sign would specifically convey information such as builders name, phone number, <br />hours to model is open for viewing and an e-mail address. <br />Pumps €: Article 9 of the Zoning Ordinance regulates signage within the Orange <br />County zoning jurisdiction. Section 88 of the sign ordinance sets forth the types of <br />signage that are not regulated by the zoning ordinance (Signs Not Subject To <br />Permit Reouirarm ntsl.
