The following specifications and price, if accepted, will serve as a summation of the work to be done, services to be rendered, and the materials to be furnished for the price indicated in this proposal/contract for the project outlined above. Total number of courts under proposal - 2 basketball A. Clean and prepare surface. Pressure wash where needed. B. Patch low areas with California Products Court Patch Binder. Raise to acceptable court standards. Lower all high spots to acceptable court standards and patch with Court Patch binder. Because of slope irregularities there is no guarantee that puddling will be completely eliminated. The overall planarity of the surface to remain the same. C. Patch cracks with California Products Court Patch Binder. Filling and patching cracks may impede ground water percolating to the surface but may not prevent it. D. Apply 2 coat(s) of California Products Acrylic Resurfacer to subject courts. Acrylic Resurfacer shall comply with specification 10.8 of California Products Corporation. Coverage: 15-20 square yards per gallon (.05-.07 gals/ sq. yd.). Playing lines will be located, marked and painted with white line paint using existing lines as the template. E. Weather limitations - No part of the Plexipave System may be conducted during rain or when rain is imminent. The air and surface temperature must be at least 50 degrees Fahrenheit and not more than 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
