<br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goal is

<br /> • GOAL: ENSURE ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY
<br /> The creation and preservation of infrastructure, policies, programs and funding
<br /> necessary for residents to provide shelter, food, clothing and medical care for
<br /> themselves and their dependents.
<br /> 203 Library Project
<br /> 2. At the March 15, 2022 Board of County Commissioners Business meeting, the Board
<br /> approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the 203 Project. The GMP for this
<br /> project required $5,400,333 in additional funding. The Board approved using $3,000,000
<br /> in reserved capital funding, and $2,400,333 in additional debt financing to fund the GMP.
<br /> This amendment amends the following capital project ordinances to authorize this change.
<br /> This increases the County Capital budget by $2,400,333, outside of the General Fund. This
<br /> represents the County's 55.5% share of this project.
