2 <br /> Development Agreement has been developed by County staff for review by the Board and the <br /> County Attorney and is attached. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: In November 1997, voters approved a $1.$ million Affordable <br /> Housing Bond. The appropriation to RSI bangs the total appropriated 1997 bond funds to <br /> $1,365,000 leaving $435,000 available for future appropriations to other agencies. <br /> Approximately $100,000 of FV 2001 HOME Program funding would be used to cover the <br /> additional funds naweed by RSI to complete the Continuing Care Center. <br /> RECOMMENDATION$): <br /> The Manager recommends the fallowing: <br /> 1. Approval of the Capital Project Ordinance authanzing the expenditure of $275,000 in <br /> housing bond funding to Residential Services, Inc.; <br /> 2. Authorization of the execution of a Development Agreement with Residential Services, <br /> Inc.on behalf of the Orange County HOME Consortium for the development of the <br /> proposed Continuing Cam Center by tthe County Manager upon the approval of the <br /> County Attorney. <br />
