2 <br />It looks ok to me.  I don’t know that a line is needed for full payment.  If the commencement date is 4/8 and the  <br />completion is 4/11 then I would expect an invoice for the full amount once they’re done.  Maybe I’m missing something  <br />on that though.   <br />  <br />John L.
