If instead of countersigning this Proposal, Customer submits a different document for consideration <br /> (such as a purchase order or contract),then legal review will be necessary and the prices set forth in this Proposal will be increased <br /> accordingly. <br /> Except in the case where the"Rough Order of Magnitude Only"box is checked above, all pages of the Proposal must be initialed and/or signed <br /> where indicated and returned. This Proposal is governed by all terms and conditions as <br /> checked in the Appendices Section. <br /> _ Customer and ADT are parties to a Master Agreement(or similar document). This Proposal is governed by the terms and conditions of such <br /> Master Agreement. However, any terms and conditions, and special provisions as checked shall apply to the Proposal as well. In the event of any conflict between the Master Agreement and the <br /> checked provisions of this Proposal and/or any"no warranty' items in this Proposal,the provisions of this Proposal shall prevail.
