Milestone Dates: If the service agreement is approved ty the clients by April 1, 2022, Carolina Demography <br /> will deliver work by the following dates: <br /> • April 15, 2022: Identify all data.sources and clarify indicator questions with the Department <br /> • April 30,2022: Provide a layout of databook for Department approval or change request by May 7, 2022. <br /> • May 30, 2022: Preliminary databook complete <br /> • June 15,2022: Provide a written report to the Department with topline items of interest. <br /> • June 30, 2022: Provide final databook. including updates available from ACS (US Census Bureau American <br /> Communities Survey.) <br /> Note: the final delivery date may be dependent on release of 2020 American Community Survey data by the <br /> Census Bureau. If the release is delayed or the data are unrepresentative due to COVID related problems, Carolina <br /> Demography will deliver the updated workbook using 2019 data. <br /> 7. Cost of the Project <br /> In compensation for services provided,the client will pay Carolina Demography$6,400. Carolina Demography will <br /> provide invoices for payment of half of this amount ($3,200) on signing and will invoice for the other half at <br /> completion of all deliverables. <br /> 8. Modification of this Agreement <br /> This agreement can be modified only by a written amendment signed by all parties. <br />
