ORANGE COUNTY 011100 - 1 <br /> <br />Emergency Management Warehouse Building Dehumidification Summary of the Work <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 011100 - SUMMARY OF THE WORK 1 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br />RELATED DOCUMENTS 4 <br /> 5 <br />Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions and other 6 <br />Division 01 Specification sections, apply to this section. 7 <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br />WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 10 <br /> 11 <br />The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the following: 12 <br /> 13 <br />Install new dehumidification units, install new HVLS fans, improve existing ventilation system and provide 14 <br />new monitoring system. 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br />ACCESS TO SITE 18 <br /> 19 <br />Contractor will be provided with card access to the space and be responsible for securing the construction 20 <br />site. The contractor shall be allowed a maximum of 10 parking spots in the gravel lot behind the building. 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br />WORK RESTRICTIONS 25 <br /> 26 <br />General Work Restrictions: Comply with limitations on use of public streets and with other requirements of authorities 27 <br />having jurisdiction. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Owner' work rules and/or restrictions on construction operations, as appended at the end of this Section, must be 30 <br />adhered to by all Contractor personnel. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Controlled Substances: Use of tobacco products and other controlled substances on Project site is not permitted. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Employee Identification: Provide identification tags for Contractor personnel working on Project site.
