Subject to 20 <br />compliance with requirements provide equipment equivalent to that provided by one of the following manufacturers: 21 <br /> 22 <br /> Square D 23 <br /> Cutler Hammer 24 <br /> General Electric 25 <br /> Siemens 26 <br /> 27 <br />Codes and Standards: 28 <br /> 29 <br />NEC Compliance: Comply with NEC requirements pertaining to construction and installation of electrical 30 <br />switches and circuit breakers. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Testing Laboratory Compliance: Comply with applicable requirements of UL 489, “Molded-Case Circuit 33 <br />Breakers, Molded Case Switches, and Circuit-Breaker enclosures pertaining to circuit breakers, accessories 34 <br />and enclosures. Provide units that are Listed and Labeled. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Special-Use Markings: Provide enclosed circuit breakers, constructed for special-use, with appropriate 37 <br />Listed marks that indicates that they are suitable for special type of use/application including service 38 <br />entrance equipment. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Testing Laboratory Compliance: Comply with requirements of UL 98, "Enclosed and Dead-Front Switches". 41 <br />Provide safety switches that have been Listed and Labeled. 42 <br /> 43 <br />NEMA Compliance: Comply with applicable requirements of NEMA Standard Publication No. KS 1, 44 <br />"Enclosed Switches" and 250, "Enclosures for Electrical Equipment (1000 Volts Maximum)." 45 <br /> 46 <br /> 47 <br />SUBMITTALS 48 <br /> 49 <br />Submittals shall be made in strict accordance with the requirements of Section 019913. Specific submittal 50 <br />requirements are defined in each section of this Division. 51 <br /> 52 <br />Product Data: Submit manufacturer's data on electrical switches and circuit breakers. 53 <br /> 54 <br />Submit Time-Current Timing Charts: Provide response curves for all overcurrent protection devices furnished as a 55 <br />part of the project.
