ORANGE COUNTY 230923-5 <br /> <br />Emergency Management Warehouse Building Dehumidification Extension of Existing Direct Digital <br /> Control System for HVAC <br /> <br />Automatic system diagnostics; monitor system and report failures of both controlled equipment and 1 <br />control system components. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Database creation and support. 4 <br /> 5 <br />Automatic and manual database save and restore. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Dynamic color graphic displays with multiple screen displays at once. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Custom graphics generation and graphics library of HVAC equipment and symbols. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Alarm and event processing. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Provide audible, visual, and printed means of alarm indication. The alarm dialog box shall al 14 <br />ways become the top dialog box upon receipt of an alarm irrespective of the foreground 15 <br />application. Alarms assigned for printout shall be routed to the destination printer. In addition, 16 <br />alarms shall be capable of being routed to specified personnel by means of pager or mobile 17 <br />telephone. 18 <br /> 19 <br />User-defined alarm messages shall be generated and delivered in conjunction with the alarm 20 <br />notification. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Alarms shall be routed to the appropriate destination device(s), based on time and 23 <br />other conditions. The operator shall be able to configure the alarm category, alarm 29 <br />limits, alarm limit differentials, states, al arm message, states and reporting actions for 30 <br />each alarm in the system. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Minimum alarm categories required are notification, maintenance, critical and 33 <br />security. 34 <br />Automatic restart of field equipment on restoration of power. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Data collection, reports, and logs.
