Where a submitted item does not comply fully with each and every requirement of the 25 <br />Specifications, the submittal shall clearly indicate such deviations. Identification requirements for non-complying 26 <br />features of items are very specific. See Section 019913 for exact requirements. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Manufacturer's Data: Submit manufacturer's technical product data and installation instructions for each type of 29 <br />mechanical insulation. Submit schedule showing manufacturer's product number, k-value, thickness, and furnished 30 <br />accessories for each mechanical system requiring insulation. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Samples: Submit, as requested by A-E, manufacturer's sample of each piping insulation type required. Affix label to 33 <br />sample completely describing product. 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS 37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 <br />PIPING INSULATION MATERIALS 40 <br /> 41 <br />Closed Cell, Flexible Elastomeric Insulation: Flexible elastomeric, closed cell, thermal insulation in accordance with 42 <br />ASTM C534, Type I, preformed tubes, black in color, rated for piping temperatures to 220 degrees F.
