ORANGE COUNTY 019926 - 3 <br /> <br />Emergency Management Warehouse Building Dehumidification Owner Instruction and Training for <br /> Divisions 23 and 26 Work <br /> <br />Adjustments: Include the following: 1 <br /> 2 <br />Alignments. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Routine adjustments, tightening, etc. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Noise and vibration adjustments. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Economy and efficiency adjustments. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Maintenance: Demonstrate the following: 11 <br /> 12 <br />Inspection procedures. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Preventative maintenance requirements, consisting of the following: 15 <br /> 16 <br />Routine maintenance, which consists of specific procedures that are performed on a 17 <br />regular schedule and are designed to detect, preclude, or mitigate degradation of a 18 <br />system or its components. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Predictive maintenance, which uses routine inspection and evaluation, testing, and 21 <br />analysis to augment routine maintenance procedures by detecting the onset of component 22 <br />degradation and to address problems as they are identified. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Instruction on use of special tools. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Repairs: Include the following: 27 <br /> 28 <br />Troubleshooting and diagnostic instructions. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Test and inspection procedures. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Repair instructions. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Disassembly; component removal, repair, and replacement; and reassembly instructions. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Review of spare parts needed for operation and maintenance. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br />Owner will furnish an instructor to describe Owner's operational philosophy. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Owner will furnish Contractor with names and positions of participants to attend instruction and training, not to exceed 45 <br />10 individuals. 46 <br /> 47 <br />Confirm Topics and Agenda with owner prior to scheduling. 48 <br /> 49 <br />Provide instruction at mutually agreed on times scheduled at least four (4) weeks in advance through the A/E. For 50 <br />systems, subsystem, and/or equipment that requires seasonal operation, provide required instruction at start of each 51 <br />season. 52 <br /> 53 <br />Conduct training on-site in the completed and fully operational facility in classroom/conference space provided by the 54 <br />Owner and using the actual systems, subsystems, and equipment installed. 55 <br /> 56 <br />Conduct training using final operation and maintenance data submittals as the training reference material.
