ORANGE COUNTY 019926 - 1 <br /> <br />Emergency Management Warehouse Building Dehumidification Owner Instruction and Training for <br /> Divisions 23 and 26 Work <br /> <br />SECTION 019926 - OWNER INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING FOR DIVISIONS 21-28 WORK 1 <br /> 2 <br />PART 1 - GENERAL 3 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 <br />RELATED DOCUMENTS 6 <br /> 7 <br />Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions and other Divi-8 <br />sion 01 Specification sections, apply to this section. 9 <br /> 10 <br />The requirements specified herein shall govern all Sections in Divisions 23 and 26, whether stated therein or 11 <br />not. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Where items specified in the other sections of this Division conflict with requirements of this Section, the former shall 14 <br />govern. 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br />QUALITY ASSURANCE 18 <br /> 19 <br />The Owner instruction and training program shall be developed and coordinated by a firm or individual experienced in 20 <br />training or educating maintenance personnel. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Contractor personnel experienced in the systems and components incorporated in this Project, along with factory-23 <br />authorized service representatives, shall perform the instruction. 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br />COORDINATION 27 <br /> 28 <br />Coordinate instruction schedule with Owner's operations. Adjust schedule as required to minimize disrupting Owner's 29 <br />operations and to ensure availability of Owner's personnel. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Coordinate content of training modules with content of manufacturers' recommended emergency, operation, and 32 <br />maintenance procedures. 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br />SUBMITTALS 36 <br /> 37 <br />General: Submittals shall demonstrate compliance with technical requirements by reference to each subsection of 38 <br />this specification. Where a submitted item does not comply fully with each and every requirement of the Specifica-39 <br />tions, the submittal shall clearly indicate such deviations. Identification requirements for non-complying features of 40 <br />items are very specific.
