Eno River Farmers' Market— License Agreement Renewal <br /> The Board approved the renewal of a license agreement, for a period of three years, between <br /> Orange County and the Eno River Farmers Market (ERFM) for Saturday use of the David Price <br /> Farmers' Market Pavilion and authorized the Chair to sign the agreement. <br /> g. 2022 Amendment to Interlocal Agreement with Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro <br /> Related to the Historic Rogers Road Area Private Sewer Service Lateral Connection <br /> Installations for Qualified Low-to-Moderate-Income (LMI) Homeowners — Cost Share <br /> The Board approved the proposed 2022 amendment to the Interlocal Agreement and <br /> authorized the County Manager and Finance Director to sign. <br /> h. Acceptance of Planning Jurisdiction over Two (2) Parcels to Orange County <br /> The Board received the property owner petition and Town of Chapel Hill resolution, and <br /> accepted assignment of planning jurisdiction into Orange County for two (2) parcels. <br /> i. Women's History Month Proclamation <br /> The Board approved a proclamation recognizing March 2022 as Women's History Month in <br /> Orange County. <br /> 9. County Manager's Report <br /> Bonnie Hammersley said the county hired a new Sustainability Project Coordinator, Amy <br /> Eckberg. She said that she spent 13 years with Wake County and then time with the Virginia <br /> Clean Cities. She said she has heard from staff that this individual is highly impressive. <br /> Bonnie Hammersley reminded the Board there will be a work session on March 10t" <br /> She said that the Board will hear from 10 boards for their annual report and will review <br /> appointments to boards and commissions. <br /> 10. County Attorney's Report <br /> John Roberts said the state legislature passed a new law regarding county <br /> commissioners serving on non-profit boards. He said that some Board members serve on non- <br /> profit boards that receive funding from the county, so they will need to work with him on a way <br /> to excuse themselves from those votes. He shared that Town of Chapel Hill is discussing an <br /> option of making elected officials part of an advisory board for the non-profits, specifically for <br /> Community Home Trust, rather than being on their governing board. <br /> 11. *Appointments <br /> None. <br /> 12.
