She said they have an equity policy that is aligned to their strategic <br /> plan. She said the recommendation was to improve the infrastructure, including making the <br /> equity focus more systemic and pervasive. She said they have islands of excellence. She said <br /> equity is everyone's responsibility. She said there will be more professional development for <br /> staff and a reallocation of resources.
