94 <br /> 10. Any work requiring equipment or personnel within 5' of the edge of any travel lane shall require a <br /> lane closure with appropriate tapers. <br /> 11. Before planting any landscape within the right of way, the encroaching party shall submit an <br /> application for a planting permit to this office. The permit must be approved prior to the installation <br /> of any plans. <br /> 17.
