The project shall be served by a single public road, <br /> referred to as Lodge Trail, extending approximately 4,000 ft. from Damascus Church <br /> Road. The proposed roadway shall be located within a 60 ft. wide easement and shall be <br /> constructed in accordance with applicable NC Department of Transportation public road <br /> standards. Approximately 14.6 acres of land area (33%) associated with the project is to <br /> be preserved as common open space owned by a local home owners association. <br /> Development the public roadway shall involve crossing of a stream and identified special <br /> flood hazard areas. <br /> i <br /> (hereafter `the project'). <br /> Broyhill Wiles Building and Developing INC. and their engineers, MacConnell & Associates, PC <br /> (hereafter `the applicants') have submitted applications proposing the extension of the proposed roadway, j <br /> which will extend across a water feature, specifically West Price Creek, located within the project.
