5 <br /> County-wide Manufactured Homes Action Plan <br /> • Manufactured Home: Factory-built housing, constructed on or after June 15, 1976 and <br /> subject to construction standards established by the Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development (HUD). <br /> • Mobile Home: Built prior to June 15, 1976, most, but not all, adhere to American <br /> National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards. <br /> • Manufactured Home Community (MHC): Though laws often refer to "mobile home <br /> parks", the term "manufactured home community" is a common industry term.
