As-built survey will include: <br />a.preparation of a field run topographical survey for the area: <br />i.location of visible improvements <br />ii.storm sewer alignments with invert data, and <br />iii.surface indications of subsurface utilities. <br />b.Contouring provided at a 1’ interval. <br />c.Topographic limits will be limited to the stormwater wetland. Deliverable will be a CAD <br />and PDF file to the County <br />3.Confirm wetland performance using the as-built data and design model. <br />4.Submit a final deliverable to the County to include the certified as-built survey, updated <br />modeling results and project summary in report format with a final Operations and <br />Maintenance Plan. <br />Timmons will work with the County to provide educational signs, handouts or other materials for the <br />middle school’s or County’s use for teachers, students and visitors about the wetland and stormwater as <br />requested at the hourly rates provided as Exhibit C. <br />Notes <br />The County shall provide the Timmons Group with complete and unencumbered access to the property <br />and adjacent properties as needed to complete the field surveying work. <br />Design and Surveying Fees <br />Timmons Group proposes to complete the tasks outlined above for a total Lump Sum Fee of $24,565. <br />The total Lump Sum Fee will be split into four (4) equal payments of $6,141.25, to be paid by the County <br />upon 100% satisfactory completion of each of the four (4) Orange County Tasks as detailed in Exhibit B. <br />Construction Services and other out-of-scope tasks requested by the County will be completed at the <br />hourly rate provided as Exhibit C as approved by the County. <br />Exclusions <br />The following items are excluded from the proposed services herein. <br />1.Environmental permitting such as US ACOE 401/404, Buffer Authorizations, or FEMA <br />2.Local review and permitting fees <br />3.Establishing boundary lines and locating existing easements for survey tasks <br />4.Soil scientist services. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 55727B68-1DEF-4F9C-8CC8-C77A0A8B2148
