Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />Via Email: csandt@orangecountync.gov <br />Dear Mr. Sandt, <br />Timmons Group is pleased to offer this proposal to provide design and surveying professional services for <br />the conversion of a remnant stormwater basin to a stormwater wetland located at Gravelly Hill Middle <br />School in Efland, NC. We very much appreciate being included in the solicitation for engineering and <br />surveying services. <br />Our proposed technical team has extensive experience in stormwater wetland design, surveying, permitting, <br />and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for municipal Stormwater Control Measure projects. We will provide <br />the requested services, complying with established standards, while being mindful of costs to the C ounty. <br />Team members have significant experience working on municipal projects and with Local Education <br />Agencies to produce quality designs while providing learning opportunities on the benefits of wetlands and <br />facts about stormwater runoff and pollution. Past projects have involved working with the NC Department <br />of Public Instruction and NC Division of Mitigation Services, formerly NCEEP, with similar objectives. <br />Timmons Group will provide the services as detailed on the Scope of Services attached as Exhibit A as <br />outlined in the solicitation. The proposed man-hour estimates and associated fees are provided as Exhibit <br />B. We will provide services in a timely and efficient manner and will keep you informed of the job status <br />and any necessary changes throughout the project duration.
