PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />Diversion seeks to prevent homelessness when possible and to quickly resolve homelessness <br />for households when it cannot be prevented through exploring alternative housing solutions . <br />Cleveland Mediation Center will facilitate a 2-day Diversion Training to Orange County <br />Partnership to End Homelessness on best practices in Diversion strategies. CMC may use <br />contractors to conduct trainings. <br /> <br />II.
