1 <br /> <br />TRAINING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This is a Training Services Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between Orange County Partnership to End <br />Homelessness (“Customer”), having its principal place of business at 300 W. Tyron Street, PO Box 8181, <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 and Cleveland Mediation Center (“CMC”), a 501c3 Non Profit agency having its <br />principal place of business at 1744 Payne Ave., Cleveland, OH 44114. CMC may utilize contractors to provide <br />training services. <br /> <br />1. SCOPE <br />Training Services. This Agreement applies to training courses offered by CMC (the “Training Services”) and <br />provided to designated attendees (the “Attendees”). The Training Services may include the following: <br />(a) Classroom training at CMC’s designated location (“Classroom Training”), <br />(b) Onsite training at Customer’s designated location (“Onsite Training”), <br />(c) Instructor-led remote training (“Virtual Classroom Training”), <br /> <br /> 2. COST STRUCTURE <br /> A. Diversion Training General Session Fees. See pricing chart below <br /> <br />Diversion Training <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Virtual Diversion Training, up to 14 attendees $2,750 <br />Total Training Cost $2,750 <br /> <br /> <br />3. Material <br />General 2 Day Diversion Training <br />1. Cleveland Mediation Center will email a digital PowerPoint. <br />4. Licensing <br />1. CMC will manage licensing information in the form of license numbers for each Train the Trainer <br />MOU. This will be included on training content in order for CMC to associate the material with the <br />version/licensing information. <br />2. All material will include license expiration dates which will be 3 years from the date of agreement. <br />Example- 3 Year license, per purchase, that includes free updated supplemental material (digital <br />format) for 3 years. <br />3. There will be a section within the material where CMC will include the Community/Agency name that <br />is licensed for use. <br />5. Training Dates <br />Training dates are as follows: 2/28/22 and 3/11/22 <br /> <br />CMC Responsibility: <br />1.
