This cost includes <br />removing and replacing rotted ply wood trim to replaced in kind, remove and replace damaged crown molding, remove and replace siding, <br />remove and replace damaged window sill and molding, new wood gaurdrails at deck, removal of black cables, demo of exterior fans, gate for <br />dumpster corral (this is a budget until design is provided) demo of mopsink is included, provide 26"x24" louver with insect screen, new paint for all <br />new and existing trim, cleaning of fascia. If exterior sheathing needs replaced this will result in an added cost of $50 per sheet and includes <br />building wrap.
