The doors should be: <br /> Species: White Birch (Rotary) <br /> Stain Color: Caramel <br /> <br />2) I am attaching the letter from Gus Neville regarding the (new) lintels and the discovered structure. Note that he <br />believes that the existing beams are not adequate for the mechanical load above, even though they have actually been <br />supporting the mech equip. Based on his analysis, I believe we should use the LVL's in this location as designed. <br />Where the existing beams are not supporting the mechanical equipment, we can delete the LVL's that were shown. <br /> <br />3) I hope we can pick up some credits to offset the mop closet doors.
