She said <br /> they then identified ideas with potential. She said that the Board directed them to use water <br /> quality as the highest priority. She said they looked at long term impact on rates and how <br /> flexible the option is to change in the future. She said they also weighed social and <br /> environmental analysis. She said that after all of the external review and internal considerations <br /> that Jordan Lake came out on top but there is no decision on how that will be accessed. She <br /> said that everything they have worked with the Board on is very public facing. <br />
