The Department of Social Services has received an additional allocation from the North <br /> Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDDHS) for the Low Income <br /> Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) of$98,558 to be used for qualifying client assistance <br /> with heating and cooling bills. <br /> 6.
