Contract Amendment with Central Square for Generic XML Data Transfer Proiect with <br /> 24 Town of Chapel Hill <br /> 25 The Board approved and authorized the Manager to sign the amendment to the Central Square <br /> 26 contract and purchase of the Generic XML Data Transfer software upgrade, and authorized the <br /> 27 Manager to sign any future amendments to this contract with Central Square. <br /> 28 e. Approval of Stipends Increase for the Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools Board of <br /> 29 Education <br /> 30 The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign a resolution approving an increase in the <br /> 31 Chapel Hill Carrboro City School Board of Education member stipends effective July 1, 2021 as <br /> 32 follows: increase the Board Chair annual stipend to $5,124; increase the Board Vice-Chair <br /> 33 annual stipend to $4,381; increase the Board member annual stipend to $4,010. <br /> 34 f.
