She said they looked at long term impact on rates and how <br /> 9 flexible the option is to change in the future. She said they also weighed social and <br /> 10 environmental analysis. She said that after all of the external review and internal considerations <br /> 11 that Jordan Lake came out on top but there is no decision on how that will be accessed.
