She said <br /> 7 they then identified ideas with potential. She said that the Board directed them to use water <br /> 8 quality as the highest priority. She said they looked at long term impact on rates and how <br /> 9 flexible the option is to change in the future. She said they also weighed social and <br /> 10 environmental analysis. She said that after all of the external review and internal considerations <br /> 11 that Jordan Lake came out on top but there is no decision on how that will be accessed.
