BR notes no administrative <br /> hurdles to including that. <br /> • VS likes changes overall and agree that they address <br /> outstanding circumstances of current participants' <br /> circumstances <br /> • AH moves to accept both changes, VS seconds <br /> • CR clarifies that this includes "and verbal" and VS concurs. <br /> • All in favor, none opposed, motion passes. <br /> • Admin Plan Changes: Chapters 1-4 <br /> • Opening up changes for discussion and feedback, no vote <br /> expected tonight. <br /> • VS needs more time to review, and it makes more sense to go <br /> section by section <br /> • AM praises job of transforming document from old to new, <br /> wonders if there is a reason not to approve (e.g. inconsistency in <br /> formats could create confusion or problems) <br /> • CR notes that potentially final vote would be in December. <br /> • VS: practically speaking how does it impact like onboarding <br /> • MW: wants to vote however is easier for us. <br /> • CR: if you want a month for review, then BR and CR can develop <br /> a strategy for approval. <br /> • AM likes that plan and also wants what is easier. <br /> 7:00 PM List of housing groups in OC (Corey) <br /> • Requested at December meeting <br /> • One one hand lots of plans, otoh no "overall" plan, CR has been talking with <br /> town counterparts to develop "one plan to rule them all"... right now we <br /> are trying to make "plans for the plan"to see how we might go about this. <br /> o HUD Consolidated Plan: required for anyone who receives <br /> HOME/CDBG or other block grants (CoC, ESG, etc.) <br /> Mailing Address: P.O.
