The <br />following specifications and price, if accepted, will serve as a summation of the work to be done, <br />services to be rendered, and the materials to be furnished for the price indicated in this <br />proposal/contract for the project outlined above. <br />Total number of courts under proposal - 2 basketball <br />A. Pressure wash where needed, scrape up old patches and delaminated surfacing. <br />Remove 6 basketball goals per court and replace with 4 basketball goals per court. <br />B. Patch low areas with California Products Court Patch Binder. Raise to acceptable <br />tennis court standards. Lower all high spots to acceptable tennis court standards and <br />patch with Court Patch binder. Because of slope irregularities there is no guarantee that <br />puddling will be completely eliminated. The overall planarity of the surface to remain <br />the same. <br />C. Patch cracks with California Products Court Patch Binder. Filling and patching cracks <br />may impede ground water percolating to the surface but may not prevent it. <br />D. Apply 1 coat(s) of California Products Acrylic Resurfacer to subject courts. Acrylic <br />Resurfacer shall comply with specification 10.8 of California Products Corporation. <br />Coverage: 15-20 square yards per gallon (.05-.07 gals/ sq. yd.) <br />E.Weather limitations - No part of the Plexipave System may be conducted during rain <br />or when rain is imminent. The air and surface temperature must be at least 50 <br />degrees Fahrenheit and not more than 140 degrees Fahrenheit. <br />F.
