If there are no above-ground structures associated with <br />Phase I of the park, a Conditional Use Permit may not be required and could be addressed by <br />inter-local agreement between Town and County (as done in Smith Middle playing field).. The <br />fees for a Conditional Use Permit for Phase I of the park would be $1,200 plus engineering fees, <br />construction review fees and building permit..
