She said she skimmed the <br /> compliance report, but wants to know where to find the management letter with the findings. <br /> April Adams said that the findings are in the 30 page document. <br /> Commissioner Bedford asked about where to find the letter to the Board of Governance. <br /> April Adams said the Board should have received that but that she can make sure to <br /> send it again. <br /> Commissioner Bedford said that it was the first year she understands that the statement <br /> of position includes all of the liabilities for the school debts but none of the assets. She said <br /> she understands why it shows a negative now. <br /> April Adams stated that when pensions and OPEB were added that it made the results <br /> look much worse. <br />
