He said that this will allow for the best possible <br /> benefit for the sensitive eco systems and the water quality of Rocky Run. He said that the Eno <br /> River Association will be contracted by the state to monitor the easement in perpetuity. He said <br /> the remaining forty-eight acres will be offered as a "working lands" easement. He said these <br /> easements will provide the highest level of protection while allowing Moorefields caretakers the <br /> ability to continue utilizing the property in its current form, including fundraising and special <br /> events. He said there will also be a 100 foot trail easement to traverse the northern property line <br /> for the Mountains to Sea Trail.
