He retired from the Las Vegas Department of Fire & Rescue <br /> (LVF&R) after 28 years of service. He served as the Assistant Fire Chief <br /> and the Deputy Fire Chief of every division including the Operations <br /> Division, Emergency Medical Services Division, Support Services <br /> Division, and the Fire Prevention Division, where he served as the Fire <br /> Marshal. While serving in those positions, he designed and developed <br /> several major programs, including a comprehensive in-house firefighter <br /> health and wellness program, and a fire-based EMS ambulance transport <br /> service. Chief Riddle has served as the Executive Director of the Nevada <br /> Fire Chiefs since 2007 and was responsible for overseeing the <br /> Ken Riddle development and implementation of Nevada's Medicaid supplemental <br /> Consulting <br /> Grouor p <br /> Public ambulance payments under their GEMT program. <br /> Consulting Group LLC <br /> Chief Riddle has been extremely active in national fire and EMS issues <br /> since 1992, serving as an elected officer on the Executive Committee for <br /> the International Association of Fire Chief's (IAFC) EMS Section including <br /> the chairman of the Section and as the International Director for EMS on <br /> the IAFC Board of Directors. He also served as the President of the <br /> Southern Nevada Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br /> Medical Transportation Management (MTM), Inc., States of <br /> Nevada and Idaho <br /> (2016—2019): State Education, Training, and Outreach Coordinator <br /> Chief Riddle: Responsible for community outreach to medical facilities in <br /> the states of Nevada and Idaho, working with case managers, social <br /> workers, and other medical professionals regarding non-emergency <br /> medical transportation services for Medicaid recipients. <br /> Nevada Fire Chiefs Association <br /> Member of the Board of Trustees (2007—2019): Executive Director <br /> Chief Riddle: Responsible for the day-to-day administration and <br /> management of a non-profit member driven organization.
