Any cost not itemized in <br /> the proposal will not be paid by the County. <br /> PCG would like to offer an all-inclusive, flat fee of $64,500 for this project. This fee includes necessary <br /> travel/lodging for on-site visits and other expenses related to data gathering and analysis. In total, we <br /> anticipate two on-site visits (initially visit and final presentation) but are flexible and willing to work with the <br /> County to assure that the best representation of the project/report is upheld. <br /> During this hectic and changing time surrounding COVID-19,we understand and respect that different travel <br /> restrictions may be in place both on behalf of the County and our corporate firm.As such, any discrepancies <br /> related to the progress of on-site visits will be communicated as soon as possible in order to make <br /> necessary accommodations. <br /> Public Consulting Group LLC Page 16 <br />
