We work with more than 450 individual fire/EMS <br /> providers across the country. The individuals proposed to work on this engagement have specific <br /> expertise and experience directly related to providing operational consulting services, cost reporting, data <br /> analysis, feasibility studies, and program development and implementation. <br /> PCG is excited to outline our 35-plus years of consulting <br /> experience conducting comprehensive analysis and <br /> assessment studies to develop reports and At- <br /> recommendations to improve service delivery and <br /> operations. We worked on several recent consulting <br /> projects that have prepared us to successfully <br /> accomplish the scope of work for this RFP. We also � im� <br /> bring relevant experience conducting cost of service <br /> analysis, rate studies, as well as revenue maximization <br /> experience that equip our experts with insight to facilitate <br /> the cost analysis for both fire and EMS agencies and <br /> provide recommendations to reduce costs and maximize ■ o�oomccneaimsennscre <br /> revenue. <br /> Figure 6: PCG's Fire/EMS Footprint <br /> Our dedicated team brings a solid understanding of the <br /> operational challenges facing cities and counties to ensure the quality and effectiveness of their fire and <br /> EMS response operations. As shown in Figure 6 above, we have a strong footprint serving agencies <br /> across the country.We have also worked with various agencies on projects of a similar nature to this one. <br /> PCG's Public Safety Consulting Services (PSCS)team is comprised of experienced subject matter experts <br /> with over 70 years of combined fire and EMS industry experience from throughout the country with a variety <br /> of service delivery models. As former/retired chief officers, each SME brings insight related to <br /> administration, finance, logistics, operations, and planning within the fire, EMS, hazardous materials, and <br /> special operations/rescue disciplines. They offer data- and compliance-minded solutions that are realistic <br /> and reasonable for our clients to implement and maintain a progressive edge within the industry by <br /> attending and presenting at various state/national conferences and events, providing industry-focused <br /> articles and subject matter content for various sources, and through continuing their passion within the <br /> industry as continuous learners of their trade. <br /> Complimented by an experienced and credentialed project manager and operations analyst, the PSCS <br /> team brings a strong focus to each of its projects by providing a credible, reliable, and professionally-sound <br /> final product.
