For the scope of <br /> services set forth in this procurement request, <br /> PCG will rely on the experience and expertise of <br /> consultants and fire and EMS subject matter <br /> experts from the Health Practice Area, <br /> specifically from the Health Care Financing <br /> Solutions team. The proposed project team is <br /> structured to maximize project leadership while <br /> balancing the wide array of subject matter Chief Ken Iliddle <br /> expertise. Chief Ken Riddle will provide L Project Advisor <br /> leadership and direction to successfully address <br /> the scope of work, along with subject matter <br /> expertise from Chief Tim Nowak. Our certified Alina Coffman <br /> Project Manager Alina Coffman will coordinate Project Manager <br /> daily project activities and communications both <br /> internally and with the County to maintain a \ <br /> consistent flow of information and steady Chief Tim Nowak Miles Brown <br /> progress with the project. Miles Brown, a data Lead SME Project Support <br /> analyst working in Davidson, NC, will provide <br /> project support (Figure 1). In this role, he <br /> Senior Advisor oversees contract negotiations, project progress and completion, and subject <br /> PROJECT matter expertise and recommendations related to all forms of public safety <br /> ADVISOR consulting projects. Previously, Chief Riddle served 28 years with the City of Las <br /> Vegas Fire & Rescue and managed every division in the department. <br /> Clients: Provides subject matter expertise for all Fire/EMS projects.
