PCG brings dedicated and experienced staff, <br /> company experience, and financial stability to perform the scope of services identified in the RFP. We <br /> are uniquely qualified to perform all services identified in the RFP as we offer: <br /> ► Unparalleled Knowledge of the Fire and EMS Industries: Our experience providing consulting <br /> and assessment services to more than 400 fire and EMS agencies across the country sets us apart <br /> from other firms. We have completed assessments with providers in multiple states, at all levels of <br /> government, for urban and rural providers, and covered diverse focus areas such as feasibility <br /> studies, community risk reduction, standards of cover, station location, operational assessments, <br /> cost service analysis, ambulance deployment and staffing, and more. <br /> ► High Performing Project Teams: With more than 2,500 employees across four practice areas, <br /> we assemble project teams with the right multi-disciplinary experience to address the unique <br /> requirements of each project. Our breadth of knowledge in the fire, emergency medical services, <br /> emergency management, and emergency preparedness fields cover all programmatic facets, and <br /> the dedicated project team includes subject matter experts (SMEs) with practical fire, emergency <br /> medical services expertise, program evaluation, data analysis, and project management. Our team <br /> of SMEs represent over 70 years of combined experience in fire, rescue, and EMS. Chief Ken <br /> Riddle, a 30-year fire/EMS veteran, will be the Project Advisor responsible for overseeing the <br /> protect and leads our Public Safety Consultina Services team.
