If any article, section, subsection, clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance is for any <br /> reason found invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not <br /> affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. <br /> (b) Amendments. Gen. Stat., § 106-744, and included in the County's Lands Legacy Program, <br /> Orange County may, with the voluntary consent of landowners, acquire by purchase agricultural <br /> conservation easements on qualifying farmland as defined in this ordinance and located within a Voluntary <br /> Agricultural District or Enhanced Voluntary Agricultural District as defined in this ordinance. <br /> (Ord. of 03-24-1992, Art.
