DocuSign Envelope ID:24BBAFA9-CD81-4144-ACEF-E9036E703739 <br /> Effective date of this Endorsement: 03-Jul-2021 <br /> This Endorsement is attached to and forms a part of Policy Number: VG00003589AB <br /> Beazley Insurance Company, Inc.referred to in this endorsement as either the "Insurer" or the "Underwriters" <br /> CONTINGENT BODILY INJURY WITH SUBLIMIT ENDORSEMENT <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> Beazley MediaTech <br /> In consideration of the premium charged for the Policy, it is hereby understood and agreed that: <br /> 1. The Bodily Injury or Property Damage exclusion is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the <br /> following: <br /> Bodily Injury or Property Damage <br /> 1. Bodily Injury; provided, this exclusion shall not apply to any Claim for Contingent <br /> Bodily Injury; and <br /> 2. physical injury to or destruction of any tangible property, including the loss of use <br /> thereof; but electronic data will not be considered tangible property; <br /> 2. DEFINITIONS is amended by the addition of: <br /> Bodily Injury means physical injury, sickness, disease or death of any person, including any <br /> mental anguish or emotional distress that results from such physical injury, sickness, disease or <br /> death. <br /> Contingent Bodily Injury means those Claims wherein the Damages sought by the claimant <br /> are for Bodily Injury which arise solely out of a Security Breach affecting the Insured <br /> Organization's Computer Systems which is otherwise covered under the terms and conditions <br /> of this Policy; but not if the Insured's own act, error or omission is the direct immediate cause of <br /> such Claim for Bodily Injury. Furthermore, this extension of coverage applies only if such <br /> Claim for Bodily Injury is not covered under any other policy of insurance. <br /> 3. The Underwriter's aggregate limit of liability for all Damages resulting from all Claims covered <br /> under this Endorsement, made against any Insured(s) based upon, arising out of, directly or <br /> indirectly resulting from or in consequence of, or in any way involving any Contingent Bodily <br /> Injury shall be $250,000, which amount shall be part of and not in addition to the Policy <br /> Aggregate Limit of Liability. <br /> All other terms and conditions of this Policy remain unchanged. <br /> Authorized Representative <br /> E12290 Page 1 of 1 <br /> 022019 ed. <br />
