DocuSign Envelope ID:24BBAFA9-CD81-4144-ACEF-E9036E703739 <br /> Basic Customization Timeline <br /> Libraries opting for the basic customization will work with PLA over a four week period to <br /> develop their sites. <br /> PERIOD ACTIVITY <br /> Pre Work PLA provides library with instruction on preparing logo, palette, copy for editable <br /> sections, desired fields for user info, etc. Library identifies staff team and compiles <br /> initial information. <br /> Week 1 PLA, development team, and library meet virtually to review timeline, roles, <br /> analytic needs, and collected materials. <br /> Week 2 Development team builds customized site. Library team is available as needed for <br /> questions and additional information. Site review meeting is held at end of week. <br /> Week 3 Library team reviews and tests site and provides feedback and questions to PLA. <br /> Corrections and tweaks to customization are possible, but requests for new site <br /> content or functionality may require an additional contract for enhanced <br /> customization. <br /> ' Week 4 Final changes are made, analytics go live, and site is launched. PLA provides staff <br /> team with short virtual training on analytics and any other features not yet <br /> covered. <br /> Post Development Updates and fixes to site automatically pushed out. New content is pushed out and <br /> library must edit, approve and publish. Bugs/errors reported to PLA for action. <br /> Requests for new features or enhanced customization considered by PLA on case- <br /> by-case basis. Most will require new contract, but suggestions that improve <br /> functionality of all DL sites may be accommodated by PLA. <br /> 14 <br />
