I know of a developer who has broken so many <br /> 101 things that he was not allowed to do and as far as I'm concerned, he should be in prison. It looks like there is nothing going to <br /> 102 happen to him and so it seems like this is a tool in the toolbox that could be used, maybe not with the current County Staff we <br /> 103 have now but in the future.
