This proposal outlines our understanding of the project scope, tasks to <br />be completed, assumptions underlying our fee proposal, and fees for various project tasks. <br />I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The project consists of preparation of engineered drawings and specifications to resolve drainage <br />issues at the two locations listed above. The purpose of this project is to determine of the most <br />economical and practical way to alleviate ponding of water and its associated issues to prevent damage <br />to existing structures, establish firm ground to prevent slipping while walking or driving in these areas. <br />II. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Draper Aden Associates will survey the areas for topography, provide a design to establish proper <br />drainage, aid the County in selecting an appropriate contractor for each site, review shop drawings and <br />submittals for soil fabric, fill material and any required appurtenances, oversee the work after completion <br />and provide certification that the work has been completed as designed and agreed upon. <br />III. FEES <br />A. Survey of two sites and incorporation into site plans……………….. $5,200 <br />B.
