To vote "YES" make a cross '(X) mark in the square to <br />the right of the word "YES". <br />2. To vote "NO" make a cross (X) mark in the square to <br />the right of the word "NO". <br />3. If you tear or deface or wrongly mark this ballot <br />return it and get another. <br />YES -FOR local tax. <br />NO AGAINST local tax. <br />Commissioner Bennett seconded the motion to adopt said resolution, and after <br />discussion, said resolution was put to a vote and unanimously adopted. All members <br />of the Board present voted for the adoption thereof. <br />Mrs,. Richmond Bond, representing the Chanel Hill Library Board, presented e <br />brief report concerning the activities of the Chapel Hill Library and requested <br />permission to present to the Board a budgetary reque"at from the Chapel Hill Library <br />Unit. <br />Mrs. Bond was requested to contact the County Accountant in May concerning a <br />suitable date for this presentation. <br />The following persons were drawn to serve as jurors for the April 30th <br />Term of Criminal Court: <br />1.
