-2- <br />G. Fortified Plexipave passes QUV test of 1000 hours, illustrating UV stability. <br />Fortified Plexipave is an authorized surface of the Intercollegiate Athletic <br /> Association. Fortified Plexipave has been classified by the International Tennis <br />Federation as a Category 2. <br />H.Weather limitations - No part of the Plexipave System may be conducted during rain <br />or when rain is imminent. The air and surface temperature must be at least 50 <br />degrees Fahrenheit and not more than 140 degrees Fahrenheit. <br />I. Upon completion, the contractor shall remove all containers, surplus material and <br />debris, and leave the site in a clean and orderly condition acceptable to the owner. <br />J. Guarantees: Material: According to Manufacturer’s guarantees and warranties. <br /> Workmanship: Americourt, Inc. guarantees that all failures resulting from poor <br />workmanship will be reworked to owner’s satisfaction for a period of 1 year from date <br />of completion. Excludes the return of cracks and surface bubbles. <br />K. Start and finish date to be determined, 2022 project year. <br />L. Owner understands that Americourt Sport Surfaces, llc. allocates its resources in <br />reliance upon owner’s promise to pay pursuant to the terms of this Proposal/Contract. <br />Accordingly, a late charge of one and one half percent (1 1/2%) per month (18% per <br />annum) will be charged on all past due accounts. If it should become necessary for a <br />collection agency or legal action to be employed to enforce this agreement, <br />Americourt Sport Surfaces llc shall be entitled to recover their costs and attorneys’ fees <br />and such shall be added to this Proposal / Contract or portion <br />thereof which is delinquent. <br />M. The owner shall carry Fire, Tornado, and other necessary insurance. <br />N. Americourt Sport Surfaces llcs’ employees are fully covered by Workers’ Compensation. <br />O.
