White (All other staff members will <br /> be identified appropriately below) <br /> CHAPEL HILL TOWN COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tern Karen Stegman and <br /> Council Members Jessica Anderson, Camille Berry, Danny Nowell, Paris Miller-Foushee, <br /> Michael Parker, Amy Ryan, and Adam Searing <br /> CHAPEL HILL TOWN COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Mayor Pam Hemminger and Tai <br /> Huynh. <br /> CHAPEL HILL STAFF PRESENT: Town Manager Maurice Jones (All other staff members will <br /> be identified appropriately below) <br /> Due to current public health concerns, the Orange County Board of Commissioners conducted <br /> a Virtual Joint Assembly of Governments Meeting with the Hillsborough Board of <br /> Commissioners, the Carrboro Town Council, and the Chapel Hill Town Council on January 25, <br /> 2022. Members of the Board of Commissioners, the Hillsborough Board of Commissioners, the <br /> Carrboro Town Council, and the Chapel Hill Town Council participated in the meeting remotely. <br /> As in prior meetings, members of the public were able to view and listen to the meeting via live <br /> streaming video at orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos and on Orange County Gov-TV on <br /> channels 1301 or 97.6 (Spectrum Cable). <br />
