This Section includes the following: <br />1. Temporary lawns and grasses for erosion control. <br />2. Fine grading and preparing lawn areas. <br />3. Furnishing incidental topsoil. <br />4. Furnishing and applying soil amendments. <br />5. Furnishing and applying fertilizers. <br />6. Seeding new lawns. <br />7. Reconditioning existing lawn areas. <br />8. Replanting unsatisfactory or damaged lawns. <br />B. Related Sections: The following Sections contain requirements that relate to this Sec- <br />tion: <br />1. 'LYLVLRQ6HFWLRQ³7HPSRUDU\(URVLRQDQG6HGLPHQW&RQWURO´ <br />including seeding of stockpiled and disturbed earth. <br />2. Division 6HFWLRQ³(DUWKZRUNIRUH[FDYDWLRQILOOL <br />of topsoil, and subsurface aggregate drainage and drainage backfill. <br />1.2 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Certification of grass seed from seed vendor for each grass-seed mixture stating the <br />botanical and common name and percentage by weight of each species and variety, <br />and percentage of purity, germination, and weed seed. Include the year of production <br />and date of packaging. <br />B. Qualification data for firms and persons specified in the "Quality Assurance" Article to <br />demonstrate their capabilities and experience. Include lists of completed projects with <br />project names and addresses, names and address of architects and owners, and oth- <br />er information specified. <br />C. Material test reports from qualified independent testing agency indicating and inter- <br />preting test results relative to compliance of the following materials with requirements <br />indicated. <br />1. Analysis of existing surface soil. <br />2. Analysis of imported topsoil. <br />D. Planting schedule indicating anticipated dates and locations for each type of planting. <br />E. Submit delivery tickets for bulk soil amendments, showing project name and address, <br />source, quantity, and date of delivery. <br />F. Maintenance instructions recommending procedures to be established by Owner for <br />maintenance of landscaping during an entire year.
