SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> <br />High Rock Waste & Recycling Center Improvements SC - 16 <br />Orange County, North Carolina JULY 2021 <br />DAA PN R00592-213N <br /> <br /> <br />C. Provide a Monthly Progress Status Report which provides a narrative explanation <br />of progress identified in the revised Construction Schedule. The report shall <br />indicate the following items: <br /> <br />1. Summarize revisions made to the Construction Schedule since the <br />previous submittal. <br />2. Work completed during the reporting period. <br />3. Problem areas, anticipated delays, and the impact on the schedule. <br />4. Corrective action recommended, and its effect. <br />5. The effect of changes on schedules of other prime contractors. <br /> <br />30.5 Submissions <br /> <br />A. Submit initial schedules to the Engineer within 5 days after the effective date of <br />the Agreement. Resubmit revised schedules within 5 days after receiving <br />(QJLQHHU¶VUHYLHZFRPPHQWV <br /> <br />B. Submit revisHGSURJUHVVVFKHGXOHZLWKWKDWPRQWK¶VD <br /> <br />C. Submit six (6) copies of Monthly Progress Status Report with progress <br />schedules. Engineer will return one copy with appropriate review comments. <br /> <br />30.6 Distribution <br /> <br />A. Distribute copies of the reviewed schedules to: <br /> <br />1. Engineer. (two copies) <br />2. &RQWUDFWRU¶VMREVLWHILOH <br />3. Subcontractors. <br />4. Other concerned parties. <br />5. Owner (two copies) <br /> <br />B. Instruct recipients to report promptly to the Contractor, in writing, any problems <br />anticipated by the projections shown in the schedules. <br /> <br />30.7 Responsibility for Schedule Compliance <br /> <br />A. The Contractor agrees that whenever it becomes apparent from the current <br />monthly schedule that delays to the project schedule have resulted, and hence, <br />that the contract completion date will not be met, he will take some or all of the <br />following actions at no additional cost to the Owner, submitting to the Owner for <br />approval, a written statement of the steps he intends to take to remove or arrest <br />the delay in the approved schedule. <br /> <br />1. Increased construction manpower in such quantities and crafts as will <br />substantially eliminate the backlog of work. <br />2.
