Prepare schedules in the form of a horizontal bar chart. Computer generated <br />schedules may be used in lieu of horizontal charts. Format must be approved by <br />the Engineer. <br /> <br />1. Provide separate horizontal bar for each trade or operation for each item <br />of work. <br />2. Horizontal time scale: In weeks from start of construction and identify the <br />first work day of each month., <br />3. Scale and spacing: To allow space for notations and future revisions. <br /> <br />B. Format of listings: The chronological order of the start of each item of work. <br /> <br />C. Identification of listings: By major specification section numbers as applicable. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />30.3 Content of Schedules <br /> <br />A. Construction Progress Schedule: <br /> <br />1. Show the complete sequence of construction by activity. <br />2. Show the dates for the beginning of, and completion of, each major <br />element of construction in no more than a two-week increment scale. <br />3. Show projected percentage of completion for each item as of the first day <br />of each month. <br />4. Show projected dollar cash flow requirements for each month of <br />construction. <br />5. Highlight all activities on the critical path. <br /> <br />B. Submittals Schedule for Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples shall show: <br /> <br />1. 7KHGDWHVIRU&RQWUDFWRU¶VVXEPLWWDOV <br />2. The dates submittals will be required for Owner-furnished products, if <br />applicable. <br />3. The dates approved submittals will be required from the Engineer. <br /> <br />C. A typewritten list of all long lead items (equipment, materials, etc.) <br /> <br />30.4 Progress Revisions <br /> <br />A. Indicate progress of each activity to date of submission. <br /> <br />B. Show changes occurring since previous submission of schedule: <br /> <br />1. Major changes in scope. <br />2. Activities modified since previous submission. <br />3.
