Engineer and Owner will issue a WDC directing Contractor to proceed with the <br />changes. <br /> <br />B. At completion of the change, Contractor shall submit itemized accounting and <br />supporting data as proYLGHG LQ WKH $UWLFOH ´'RFXPHQWDWLR <br />&ODLPV´RIWKLVVHFWLRQ <br /> <br />C. Engineer will determine the allowable cost of such work, as provided in General <br />Conditions and Supplementary Conditions. <br /> <br />D. Engineer will sign and date the Change Order to establish the change in Contract <br />Sum and in Contract Time <br /> <br />E. Owner and Contractor will sign and date the Change Order to indicate their <br />agreement therewith. <br /> <br />29.10 &RUUHODWLRQZLWK&RQWUDFWRU¶V6XEPLWWDOV <br /> <br />A. Periodically revise Schedule of Values and Request for Payment forms to record <br />each change as a separate item of Work, and to record the adjusted Contract <br />Sum. <br /> <br />B. Periodically revise the Construction Schedule to reflect each change in Contract <br />Time. <br /> <br />⁄ Revise subschedules to show changes for other items of work affected by <br />the changed. <br /> <br />C. Upon completion of work under a Change Order, enter pertinent changes in <br />Record Documents. <br /> <br /> <br />S-30 - CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br /> <br />30. 1 Work Included. <br /> <br />A. Promptly after award of the Contract and within five days after the effective date <br />of the Agreement, prepare and submit to the Engineer estimated construction <br />progress schedules for the Work, with subschedules of related activities which <br />are essential to its progress. Construction Progress Schedule shall indicate <br />times when interruptions of normal sewer service will occur. The Contractor will <br />coordinate this work with the Owner, giving the Owner ample opportunity to notify <br />the property owners of the time, place, and extent of the interruption. <br /> <br />B.
